1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of products and services provided by GSR Uniforms. By placing an order, making a purchase, or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Products & Customization
- All uniforms are custom-made based on customer specifications such as size, color, fabric, and design.
- Once the final design is approved, no changes can be made to the order.
- Fabric or shade variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are processed only after confirmation and the required advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch or delivery.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases approved by management.
4. Delivery & Timelines
- Delivery timelines are provided based on production schedule and order size.
- While GSR Uniforms strives for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Any delay will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Complaints
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse, wrong size information provided by the customer, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Replacement timelines will vary depending on production schedules.
6. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes (GST or others) will be added at the time of billing.
7. Intellectual Property
- Designs, logos, or branding provided by clients remain their property.
- GSR Uniforms will not use customer logos or artwork for any purpose other than completing the requested order.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
- Any personal or business information shared with GSR Uniforms is kept confidential.
- We do not share, sell, or distribute customer data to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
- GSR Uniforms is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect washing methods, or handling of uniforms.
- Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
10. Amendments to Terms
- GSR Uniforms reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be published or communicated as necessary.
